The work is done. You just approve it.

writeHand is an AI employee for businesses that run on follow-up. It finds the lead, checks the fit, and writes the message in your voice. You approve, pass, or snooze. That is the whole job.

How it runs

Four steps. You are only in one of them.

  1. 01

    It finds the work

scout pulls in local leads, digger checks the fit. You only see people worth reaching.

  2. 02

    It writes

quill drafts every email, text, and call script in your voice, with the reason it makes sense now.

    You swipe

  4. 04

    It sends and books

outreach fires the message, watches for the reply, and drops booked jobs on your calendar.

Calls

The phone rings. Someone answers.

Most jobs are lost to a phone nobody picked up. writeHand takes the inbound call in your voice, qualifies it, and books the ones worth booking.

  1. 01

    Up in seconds

Describe the job in a sentence and point your number at it. No call trees, no scripts, no flowcharts to draw.

    prompt it, done
  2. 02

    Answers as you

It knows your prices, hours, and service area, and it talks the way you talk. Callers get a person, not a phone menu.

  3. 03

    Books and reports

It quotes, puts the job on your calendar, and drops the transcript and the next step into your feed.

writeHand
Thanks for calling Ridgeline Detailing. What can I get on the books for you?
Caller
Do you do ceramic coating on a truck?
writeHand
We do. Full ceramic on an F-150 runs about $900 and takes the day. I have Thursday or Saturday open.
Caller
Saturday works.

Booked Saturday 9:00. Quote texted. Transcript and the next step are in your feed.

The crew

Not one model. Five specialists and a foreman.

Built for

The businesses that run on callbacks.

If you win on the follow up you keep forgetting to send, writeHand is the unfair advantage.

Where it came from

It started as research, not an app. We went to small business owners, ran surveys, and mapped the problems that kept coming back across trades. One surfaced everywhere: the follow up that turns a lead into a job rarely gets sent.

So rather than sell that advice one business at a time, we built the finding into a product. writeHand is what the research turned into, and it is the first thing out of the studio.

Studio note This is 01 Depth and 02 Discovery run on ourselves. The finding came first, the product second. If the surveys had come back empty, there would be no writeHand.
